The BVI is a small wedding destination location so we can have everything arranged and put together in a matter of days if you’re on a spur of the moment plan. However, some of you will plan your wedding trip quite far in advance and that gives us lots of time to organize things. In any case, we’ll walk you through every step of the process and will be there on the day to make sure it all runs smoothly.

What’s Included

Our standard wedding plan and consultation rates start at $900. This service includes:

  • Government fees

  • Government paperwork consulting

  • Officiant booking (gratuity is encouraged)

  • Consulting and assistance with choosing decor, entertainment and catering

  • Witness (if needed)

Add-ons

In addition to our standard services we offer the following services al la carte:

  • Photography & video (price varies)

  • Wedding cake (price varies)

  • Bouquet and buttonhole (from $200)

  • Travel $100 - $400 for off island weddings, varies by location and ferry availability.
